Frederick J. Graft joins New Perspective Asset Management, LLC. as AUCTIONEER/PRIVATE SELLING OFFICER for the company.
New Perspective Asset Management (NPAM), a Receivership firm in Ohio, has expanded its range of services to the court systems and financial community by creating an Auctioneering division. NPAM welcomes Frederick J. Graft as head of the Auctioneering division, which serves all counties in Ohio as well as provides aid nationwide.
NPAM has innovated the Receivership business and has sub-specializations in hotel/hospitality, operating businesses and governmental related Receivership needs recognizing that forbearance continues to be an area of strong caution for lenders, and reserves for defaults are being increased by many institutions.
New Perspective Management, LLC. was founded in 2009 by Dana Milligan and Shawn Parker.
Dana Milligan stated "as we head into the second quarter of 2021, some sectors remain in peril due to the economic damage of COVID-19.
